Tower Loan is seeking a Manager Trainee in Springhill, LA. The Manager Development Program lasts 10–12 months, offering hands-on experience in customer service, sales, financial management, and branch operations within a promote-from-within culture.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Willingness to relocate upon promotion into management.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required.
• Preferred: sales, collections, or customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Become proficient in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
• Develop long-term customer relationships by listening to customer needs and recommending the best service.
• Offer optional products to serve new and existing customers best.
• Contact customers regarding payment reminders and arrangements.
• Assist Manager in exceeding established office goals.
• Learn and provide support in management duties such as delegating workload and reviewing loan documents.
• Develop recruiting, staff development, performance management, and leadership skills.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
