Buckle is seeking a Leader in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader to drive sales, deliver exceptional guest service, and lead by example in merchandising and operations. The role supports the Store Manager and Leadership Team in recruiting, training, and maintaining Buckle’s standards.

The position requires flexible scheduling, strong communication, and a passion for denim and fashion. Full-time, on-site store environment with career growth opportunities.
