• College degree or two (2) or more years of leadership experience in a sales environment.
• Ability to professionally represent Fifth Third Bank in verbal and written communication
• Capable of analyzing credit and financial information
• Ability to successfully execute and coach sales activities
• Exhibits business acumen
• Demonstrated ability in making sound decisions
• S.A.F.E. Act registration at the time of employment through the NMLS

Responsibilities

• Complete FCMA roadmap as intended and onboarding activities from day one to program completion
• Become proficient at deepening Consumer and Small Business customer relationships by providing a memorable customer experience
• Gain knowledge of Fifth Third's products, services, processes, and resources to stay informed and lead the team
• Lead the consultative sales process to identify financial needs and recommend solutions
• Develop an integrated book of business strategy with FNA assignments and proactive support
• Learn to source, develop, coach and lead a team aligned to Core Values
• Cultivate a One Bank culture and collaborate with business partners
• Participate in community activities
• Adhere to Bancorp Code of Business Conduct and related policies
• Additional duties as assigned
