Job summary

Polaris is seeking ambitious graduates for its Finance Leadership Development Program (FLDP), a three-year, rotation-based path across FP&A, Controllership, Treasury, and Digital/IT finance. You’ll tackle challenging assignments, develop leadership skills, and gain exposure to senior leaders through mentored rotations and real business impact.

Placement locations could include Plymouth, MN; Medina, MN; Huntsville, AL; Elkhart, IN; and Wyoming, MN.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting with graduation between Aug 2026 and May 2027.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
• Willingness to relocate and travel for rotations.

Responsibilities

• Engage in three 1-year rotations across FP&A, Controllership, Treasury, and digital/IT finance.
• Collaborate with leaders to deliver meaningful business insights.
• Present results to senior leaders and pursue development opportunities.
