Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking a Dental Office Manager (Operations Manager) to lead the office operations in support of the doctors, helping create lasting impressions and trust with patients. You'll participate in a ten‑week training program to gain business and leadership knowledge and grow within our organization.

This full‑time role in Peoria, Illinois offers a salary of $55,000–$60,000 per year plus monthly and quarterly incentive earnings, plus a generous benefits package including PTO,

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of managing a team of direct reports.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• A people-centric leader who motivates and inspires others.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with patients of all ages.
• Demonstrate analytical thinking and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care per policies and standards.
• Hire, develop, manage and retain the office staff.
• Consult with patients on treatment options and verify insurance payments.
• Review monthly business results and manage profit and loss to improve profitability.
• Lead daily huddles to align team and improve patient experience and outcomes.
