Lennar Lennar is seeking a Construction Manager Trainee to support scheduling, safety checks, punch lists, and onboarding of new homes. You will engage with division staff, subcontractors, and homeowners to ensure smooth project execution and on-time deliveries.

The program offers hands-on learning to prepare for leadership in construction management, with exposure to meetings, training, and field activities at active home sites.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required or 0-2 years of homebuilding/construction experience.
• Construction experience is preferred.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
• Must be able to demonstrate effective communication skills.
• Valid Driver's License with good driving record. Valid Auto Insurance Coverage.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and maintaining job schedules.
• Inspects and enforces job safety requirements.
• Completes 'punch lists' and assists in completion of new home orientation lists.
• Attend construction meetings and training classes as scheduled.
• Ensure job site cleanliness and assists in completion of model/inventory maintenance.
• Assists in areas of service-related issues.
• Daily interaction with various division personnel, subcontractors, business partners, and homeowners.
