Lennar is seeking a Construction Manager Trainee in Chattanooga to support field operations, help maintain safety standards, and assist with punch lists and new home orientations. This hands-on program is designed to prepare future leaders in construction management.

The role emphasizes teamwork, communication, and daily collaboration with division personnel, subcontractors, and homeowners to ensure on-time, zero-defect home deliveries and quality craftsmanship.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Construction experience is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
• Strong communication skills.
• Computer literacy and MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and maintaining job schedules.
• Inspect and enforce job safety requirements.
• Complete punch lists and assist in new home orientation lists.
• Attend construction meetings and training classes as scheduled.
• Ensure job site cleanliness and assist in model/inventory maintenance.
• Assist in service-related issues and resolutions.
• Interact daily with division personnel, subcontractors, business partners, and homeowners.
