Job summary

Lennar seeks a Construction Manager Trainee to support scheduling, safety, and site processes as part of our homebuilding teams in Chattanooga. You will participate in meetings, help maintain clean, safe job sites, and assist with model and inventory upkeep while engaging with diverse stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 0–2 years of homebuilding/construction experience preferred.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
• Computer literacy including MS Word and Excel is required.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record and valid auto insurance coverage.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and maintaining job schedules.
• Inspect and enforce job safety requirements.
• Complete punch lists and assist in new home orientation lists.
• Attend construction meetings and training classes as scheduled.
• Ensure job site cleanliness and assist with model/inventory maintenance.
• Assist in addressing service-related issues with divisions, subcontractors, partners, and homeowners.
