Job summary

Lennar is seeking a Construction Manager Trainee in Texas to support the construction management process. You will assist with job scheduling, site safety, punch lists, and new home orientation tasks while engaging with division personnel and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution and timely home deliveries.

This hands-on training prepares for future leadership positions in construction management.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 0-2 years of homebuilding/construction experience is preferred.
• Must be able to communicate effectively and work in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and maintaining job schedules.
• Inspect and enforce job safety requirements.
• Complete punch lists and assist with new home orientation tasks.
• Attend construction meetings and training sessions as scheduled.
• Ensure job site cleanliness and assist in model/inventory maintenance.
• Assist in service-related issues.
• Interacting daily with division personnel, subcontractors, business partners, and homeowners.
