Job summary

Lennar is seeking a Construction Manager Trainee to support the construction management process by assisting with job scheduling, site safety inspections, and punch list completion. The role provides hands-on learning to prepare for future leadership positions in construction management.

Responsibilities include attending meetings, aiding with model/inventory maintenance, and collaborating with division personnel, subcontractors, and homeowners to ensure smooth project execution and timely home

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required or 0-2 years of homebuilding/construction experience.
• Construction experience is preferred.
• Must be able to work in a fast–paced, team-oriented setting.
• Must be able to demonstrate effective communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and maintaining job schedules.
• Inspects and enforces job safety requirements.
• Completes ‘punch lists’ and assists in completion of new home orientation lists.
• Attend construction meetings and training classes as scheduled.
• Ensure job site cleanliness and assists in completion of model/inventory maintenance.
• Assists in areas of service-related issues.
• Daily interaction with various division personnel, subcontractors, business partners, and homeowners.
