Job summary

Grease Monkey International is seeking a Center Manager to lead a Rapid City service center. You will balance hands-on vehicle servicing with strategic oversight of revenue, costs, safety, and people development to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

You will own the center’s operations, schedule staff, manage inventory and parts, and drive sales through fleet partnerships and memberships while building a high-performing, customer-obsessed team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience; automotive or service retail management preferred.
• Strong understanding of P&L management, cost control, and revenue growth strategies.
• Experience in a high-volume, customer-facing environment.

Responsibilities
