Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for a Management Training Program in the Plano area, with opportunities across North Texas. The program trains you in sales, business development, customer service, retail management, and operations, leading to a potential management career with internal promotion.

The first-year target compensation is $53,000 with a 45-hour work week, plus benefits, PTO, and retirement plans. Bachelor's degree and valid driving license required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record in the past 5 years (ie., DUI/DWI).
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• As a Management Trainee, you’ll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches.
• You will be the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert.
• In our structured program, you will master knowledge and skills to eventually run your own branch and cultivate new business.
• Receive guidance, mentoring, and support; build community relationships essential to growing your own business.
• Learn customer service, sales and marketing, finance and operations with a culture of putting customers first.
