Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for our Management Training Program in the Dallas area. As a Management Trainee, you will learn the business from day one, rotate through sales, customer service, and operations, and position yourself to run a branch in the future.

You will receive mentoring, a clear career path with internal promotions, and a benefits package including health/dental/vision, PTO, 401(k) with company match, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record in the past 5 years (ie., DUI/DWI).
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert.
• Master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.
• Receive guidance, mentoring, and support to be successful and establish community relationships essential to building your own business.
• Learn to excel at customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations with a culture built on putting customers first.
