Job summary

Tower Loan’s Manager Development Program trains and develops future leaders through hands-on experiences in customer service, sales, finance, and branch operations. As a Manager Trainee, you will learn and support management duties while preparing for promotion.

The program lasts 10–12 months; requires a High School Diploma or GED, willingness to relocate, and a valid driver’s license. On-site in Thibodaux, LA; schedule Mon-Fri 8:30 AM–5:30 PM with occasional extended hours.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Willingness to relocate upon promotion into management.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required.
• Preferred: Sales, Collections, or Customer Service experience.

Responsibilities

• Become proficient in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
• Develop long-term customer relationships by listening to needs and offering best solutions.
• Assist Manager in achieving office goals and supporting staff development.
