Qualifications

• College degree or two or more years of leadership experience in a sales environment.
• Ability to professionally represent Fifth Third Bank in verbal and written communication.
• Capable of analyzing credit and financial information.
• Ability to successfully execute and coach sales activities.
• Exhibits business acumen and sound decision-making.
• S.A.F.E. Act registration required at employment (NMLS).

Responsibilities

• Complete FCMA roadmap and onboarding activities, including Consultative Selling Skills Certification.
• Deepen Consumer and Small Business customer relationships by delivering a memorable experience.
• Build knowledge of Fifth Third products, services, processes, and internal resources to guide and lead the team.
• Develop and apply a consultative sales approach to identify customers' financial needs and propose solutions.
• Create an integrated book of business strategy with a Financial Needs Assessment (FNA) for clients across channels.
• Source, develop, coach and lead a team aligned with Core Values and business strategies.
• Foster a One Bank culture through collaboration with partners across the organization.
• Participate in community initiatives and uphold the code of conduct and ethics policies.
• Additional duties as assigned by leadership.
