Qualifications

• College degree or two or more years of leadership experience in a sales environment.
• Ability to professionally represent Fifth Third Bank in verbal and written communication.
• Capable of analyzing credit and financial information.
• Ability to successfully execute and coach sales activities.
• Exhibits business acumen and sound decision-making.
• S.A.F.E. Act registration through the NMLS system is required.

Responsibilities

• Complete FCMA roadmap and onboarding activities through program completion.
• Deepen Consumer and Small Business customer relationships with a memorable experience.
• Learn products, services, processes, and resources to guide the team.
• Develop and lead a consultative sales process to meet customer needs.
• Create an integrated book of business with a proactive needs assessment.
• Source, coach and lead a team aligned with core values and strategy.
• Foster One Bank culture and collaborate with business partners.
