Qualifications

• 3+ years of Oracle Fusion HCM experience.
• Experience with Core HR, Payroll, Time & Labor, Absence, and Benefits.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and multi-state payroll regulations.

Responsibilities

• Configure and support Oracle Fusion HCM modules.
• Support employee lifecycle and workforce management processes.
• Troubleshoot payroll, timekeeping, and compensation issues.
• Develop and maintain reporting solutions and system integrations.
• Lead testing efforts for Oracle SaaS releases and enhancements.
• Ensure payroll and HR compliance standards are met.

• Strong understanding of HR processes and multi-state payroll regulations
• Experience with Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, OTBI, and BI Publisher
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and documentation skills
• Healthcare industry experience
• Multi-site organization experience
• Experience supporting HRIS, benefits, or ERP integrations
