Insight Global is seeking a Fusion FIN/SCM Functional Analyst to bridge Finance, Supply Chain, and IT for Oracle Fusion Cloud. You will configure modules, optimize processes, develop reports, and support quarterly releases to drive efficient, compliant operations.

Bring 5+ years of Oracle Fusion experience, strong P2P and reporting skills, and a proactive approach to testing and compliance in a healthcare-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years Oracle Fusion Financials experience (GL, AP, AR, CM, FA, Cost Accounting).
• Strong Oracle Fusion SCM and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) experience.
• Functional configuration, testing, and solution design experience.
• Experience with OTBI, BI Publisher, and reporting solutions.
• Experience supporting audits and compliance initiatives.

Responsibilities

This candidate will serve as a key partner between Finance, Supply Chain, and IT teams to support Oracle Fusion Cloud applications. The role focuses on ERP configuration, process optimization, reporting, integrations, and system enhancements across financial and procurement functions, helping the organization drive efficiency, compliance, and scalable business operations.

Day-to-Day:

• Configure and support Oracle Fusion Financials and SCM modules
• Support P2P, O2C, and R2R processes across business operations
• Manage procurement, inventory, AP/AR, and financial workflows
• Build and maintain reports and data integrations
