Job summary

Ashley Furniture HomeStore is looking for a Retail Warehouse Associate in San Diego, CA to maintain showroom inventory and support the Visual Merchandiser with product placement and floor setup.

You will be involved in warehouse operations, loading/unloading, and processing receipts for customer pickup or delivery, while ensuring area cleanliness and organization. Weekend availability and physical stamina are required.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years old.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift and transport objects over 100 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Thrive in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Unload and load products from semi-trailers.
• Arrange showroom floor and set up incoming products.
• Wrap and store sold products for delivery or pickup.
• Communicate with Visual team to prioritize floor and merchandise tasks.
• Handle clerical aspects of warehouse operations, including documenting receipts.
• Receive, distribute, and install parts for repairing floor samples as needed.
• Keep warehouse clean and organized; perform general housekeeping.
• Complete weekly warehouse checklist and assist with special projects.
• Build furniture and use hand tools as needed.
