• Furniture Claims: apply for manufacturer credits for defective products and labor.
• Order Service Parts: communicate with customers and track parts orders.
• General Office Support: answer calls, assist customers, help with scheduling.
• Shared accounting duties: take payments, process applications, perform daily audits.
