Rooms To Go in Melbourne, FL is seeking a full-time Retail Sales Associate to greet customers, uncover furnishing needs, and generate sales through a consultative approach. You’ll work with a team to meet sales goals while explaining financing and protection plans.

Training is top-tier with an industry-leading benefits package and uncapped commissions. Must be flexible to work days/evenings/weekends/holidays.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail sales experience preferred, but not required (will train the right candidate).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to use current electronic devices, such as tablets and touch screens.
• Willingness to work a flexible retail schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers.
