Job summary

Rooms To Go is hiring a full-time Retail Sales Associate to greet customers, uncover home furnishings needs, and guide them toward solutions. You’ll use consultative selling to generate sales, build rapport, and ensure customer satisfaction across our showroom.

This role emphasizes teamwork, strong communication, and the ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, across our nationwide stores. Training and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail sales experience preferred, but not required (will train the right candidate).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Able to use current electronic devices, such as tablets and touch screens.
• Ability and willingness to work a flexible retail schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers.
• Uncover customer's home furnishing needs to help realize their design vision.
• Generate sales through a consultative approach.
