Qualifications

• High-School Degree or GED equivalent required.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends on a full-time, 40-hour schedule.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to operate an iPad for training, transactions and inventory checks.
• Capability to guide customers through showroom interactions for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Help guests design a home they’ll love.
• Engage and present various home furnishings and services.
• Navigate large showrooms and be on your feet 8 hours a day.
• Build personal connections and guide customers through the sales process.
• Assist guests in finding the best financing options.
• Convert interactions into successful sales and create invoices.
