CITY HOME in Naples, FL is looking for a dynamic Sales Associate to help guests design stylish living spaces and guide them through the purchase journey. You’ll excel in presenting furniture, financing options, and delivering excellent customer service in a busy showroom environment.

This 40-hour-per-week role offers uncapped commission with potential to earn substantial income, plus a supportive training program and team of leaders to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• High-School Degree from an accredited institution, or GED equivalent.
• Schedule requires evenings and weekends on a full-time, 40-hour week.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and showroom tools.

Responsibilities

• Help guests design a home they'll love.
• Engage and present various home furnishings and service options.
• Navigate large showrooms and stand for long hours.
• Build personal connections and guide customers through the sales process.
• Assist guests in finding financing options and convert interactions into sales.
• Create invoices and schedule deliveries, manage accounts.
