CITY HOME is seeking a Sales Associate to help guests design a home they’ll love and guide them through financing options. You’ll work in a large showroom, build relationships, and convert interactions into sales with a strong focus on customer service.

This full-time role offers extensive training, uncapped commission potential, and a path to personal and financial growth within CITY HOME.

Qualifications

• High-School Degree or GED required.
• Flexible full-time schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Help guests design a home they'll love.
• Engage and present furniture and service options.
• Navigate large showrooms and be on your feet 8 hours a day.
• Build personal connections and guide customers through the sales process.
• Assist guests with financing options.
• Convert interactions into sales and create invoices/deliveries.
• Prospect and manage accounts; maintain showroom appearance.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and KPIs.
• Address customer concerns to ensure satisfaction.
