CITY HOME in Florida is seeking Sales Associates to turn showroom visits into home furnishings sales. We provide training, marketing support, and the chance to build a personal client base through referrals and prospecting.

This commission-driven role offers uncapped earnings with a realistic initial target around $65K and the potential to reach $200K+ based on performance. Evening and weekend availability is required, with a full-time 40-hour schedule.

Qualifications

• High-school degree or GED required.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience using an iPad for training and transactions.
• Ability to stand and move in a showroom environment.

Responsibilities

• Help guests design a home they'll love.
• Engage and present furniture and service options.
• Navigate large showrooms and stay on your feet 8 hours.
• Build personal connections and guide customers through sales.
• Assist guests in finding financing options.
• Convert interactions into successful sales.
• Create invoices and schedule deliveries.
• Prospect and account management.
• Maintain showroom for a welcoming customer experience.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and KPIs.
• Address customer concerns to ensure satisfaction.
