Job summary

La-Z-Boy Incorporated in Kennesaw, GA is seeking a Sales Consultant to create customers for life by guiding shoppers through the furniture buying process, delivering exceptional service, and leveraging product knowledge across fabrics, leather, and room design. You will participate in team selling, meet daily goals, complete CRM entries, and attend training.

The role requires a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends, with a starting rate of $18.00 per hour and a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• Customer-focused sales experience with furniture or interior design.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Knowledge of fabrics, leather, and room design concepts helpful.
• Ability to meet daily/monthly sales goals through team selling.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting furniture pieces and provide product information.
• Guide customers through the sales process and close sales with strong closing techniques.
• Maintain CRM notes and track customer interactions and follow-ups.
• Participate in team selling, drive-bys, and in-store demonstrations.
• Support in-home design consultations and fabric/leather selections.
• Attend training sessions and keep up-to-date with product catalogs.
