Lovesac is seeking a Sales Associate to connect with customers, drive sales, and help customers design products that fit their lifestyle. You will provide friendly, high-energy service and build lasting relationships on the store floor.

You will represent Lovesac with integrity, operate in a fast-paced environment, and leverage product knowledge to educate customers while achieving sales targets. This role requires flexibility to work weekends and peak periods.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or customer service.
• Able to work during high-traffic periods including weekends, holidays, and nights.
• Proficient with using technology for sales and customer support (CRM, demos of products).
• Willing to travel to local stores and meetings as needed.

Responsabilités

• Greet clients with energy and optimism and actively sell while following the Lovesac selling process.
• Build genuine connections to drive loyalty, repeat business, and brand advocacy.
• Own the customer journey end-to-end, uncover needs, deliver exceptional service, and build relationships.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and deliver engaging brand tours and education, closing sales.
• Meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs through disciplined execution.
