Responsibilities include driving sales, promoting the Design program, and delivering exceptional customer service while applying the La-Z-Boy selling process. A design-focused role supports customers with informed choices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous selling experience and ability to close a sale preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Drives sales and contributes to store goals.
• Promote the Design program and assist designers.
• Execute the La-Z-Boy selling process with customers.
• Build long-term customer relationships and follow up.
• Schedule and conduct home consultations and showroom demos.
• Open, close, and maintain store appearance and records.
