You will greet customers, uncover home-furnishings needs, and drive sales via consultative conversations while building lasting rapport. Pay ranges from $70,000 to $100,000 annually, depending on commission and location, with top-tier training and an industry-leading benefits package available.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail sales experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to use current electronic devices such as tablets and touch screens.
• Willingness to work a flexible retail schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
