Job summary

La-Z-Boy Incorporated in Mobile, AL seeks a dynamic Retail Sales Associate to drive furniture sales through exceptional service, product knowledge, and the La-Z-Boy selling process. You will help customers envision completed rooms, schedule design consultations, and execute promotions with confidence.

Training pay starts at $15/hour for 2–6 weeks, with base pay after training at $12/hour and uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to close sales and meet sales goals.
• Experience with in-store design consultations a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drives Sales and contributes to store goals across furniture, accessories, and services.
• Promotes Design program and assists Designer to hit sales targets.
• Executes selling process for a positive customer experience.
• Schedules and conducts home design consultations and presents room designs.
