Lovesac is seeking a Sales Associate in San Ramon to connect with customers, demonstrate products, and drive sales on the showroom floor.

You’ll deliver a memorable shopping experience, build lasting relationships, and contribute to a fast-paced team focused on Total Comfort and brand standards.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.
• Ability to use technology for sales and customer support including CRM systems.
• Must be able to travel to local stores and meetings as needed.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and move items up to 75 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients with energy and optimism, actively selling while following the Lovesac selling process and maintaining a strong quote pipeline.
• Build genuine connections to fuel loyalty, repeat business, and brand advocacy.
• Own the customer journey end-to-end, using curiosity to uncover needs and deliver exceptional service.
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge, create a fun, engaging experience, and confidently close sales.
• Meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs through disciplined execution.
