Job summary

Lovesac is seeking a Sales Associate in Vacaville, CA to connect with customers, demonstrate products, and guide them through the Lovesac selling process on the floor.

You will build relationships, deliver a welcoming experience, and strive to meet and exceed sales goals while upholding brand standards and policies. Associates receive a competitive hourly wage plus quarterly bonuses and benefits.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 75 pounds.
• Willing to work weekends, holidays, and nights.
• Willing to travel to local stores and meetings as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and sell while following the Lovesac process and maintaining a strong quote pipeline.
• Build authentic connections to drive loyalty, repeat business, and brand advocacy.
