Job summary

Lovesac is hiring a Full Time Sales Associate to create a welcoming in-store experience and help customers design Lovesac furniture to fit their style and space. You will build relationships, demonstrate products, and drive sales while supporting team initiatives.

You will engage customers, educate on products, manage quotes, close sales, and contribute to a positive store atmosphere. Strong communication and retail experience are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in retail sales or customer service role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to use technology for sales and customer support including CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and deliver an engaging in-store experience.
• Assist customers in designing products to fit their style and space.
• Work towards sales goals and KPIs while supporting a positive team environment.
• Demo products, educate customers, and close sales with quotes and follow-ups.
• Maintain a welcoming, visually appealing store following merchandising standards.
• Support store operations including opening/closing, inventory, promotions and compliance with policies.
