You’ll greet clients, build relationships, and close sales while delivering engaging product tours and exceptional service. This is a dynamic role in a team-focused store.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.
• Must regularly work during high-traffic periods, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
• Ability to use technology for sales and customer support including CRM systems.
• Must be able to travel to local stores and meetings as needed.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients with energy and optimism, selling while following the Lovesac process and building pipelines.
• Drive loyalty and repeat business through genuine connections and brand advocacy.
• Own the customer journey end-to-end, uncover needs, deliver exceptional service and close sales.
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge and create a fun, engaging shopping experience.
• Meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs with confident decision-making and execution.
