Job summary

The ODPGroup is seeking a Furniture Project Specialist for a hybrid role based in the US. You will coordinate furniture projects from planning through installation, aligning internal and subcontracted resources, and ensuring timely delivery.

Responsibilities include maintaining project records, managing installation schedules, and communicating status to sales and clients. Prior experience in construction or project management is required; travel and a valid driver’s license are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3–5 years project management experience preferred.
• Knowledge of construction or project management principles.
• LEED certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as point-of-contact throughout project process and coordinate resources.
• Maintain complete project records including plans, budgets and schedules.
• Assist in planning, design meetings and proposals for furniture projects.
• Monitor installation activities and coordinate with contractors and vendors.
