Job summary

CultureSpace in Dallas is seeking a full-time Installer to lead and support furniture installation projects from start to finish. You will load, install, deliver and service office furniture, coordinate with client site managers, and ensure safety and quality standards on every job.

The role requires 2–4 years of furniture installation experience, the ability to read assembly blueprints, and bringing your own tools. Overtime and varied hours are common, with occasional travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years experience in furniture installation.
• High School Diploma Required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage small to medium-scale projects with minimal supervision.
• Lead sub-contractors by assigning duties and keeping crew on task to maintain momentum.
• Participates in project site walkthroughs and provide guidance on installation.
• Load and unload office furniture and related materials on and off trucks, ensuring padding and ropes are used to prevent damage.
• Assemble, disassemble, deliver and service all types of brands of office furniture.
• Perform site cleanup maintaining a clean and organized job site.
