Job summary

ODP Business Solutions in Frisco, TX, is seeking a Furniture Project Specialist to coordinate a range of furniture projects from product selection to installation and punch list resolution. You will work closely with the Furniture Seller and Project Coordinator, and may operate independently with strong judgment.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 3+ years in PM or design-related fields, travel up to 50-75% within the market, and a customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in PM or Design.
• 3+ years of project management or construction experience.
• Equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree in business administration or interior design.
• PM, safety training, and LEED certification a plus.
• Ability to navigate AutoCAD drawings with viewer software (e.g. TrueView).
• Ability to read and interpret floor plans, blueprints and installation drawings.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as point-of-contact and align internal and subcontracted resources for the work.
• Schedule and coordinate all installation activities with subcontractors and building resources.
• Maintain complete project records, budgets, schedules, orders and invoices.
• Monitor project status and provide cost-effective solutions to complete on time.
• Develop proposals and bids with the sales team and subject matter experts.
