Job summary

ODP Business Solutions is seeking a Furniture Project Specialist to manage a range of project sizes from planning through installation. You will align internal and subcontracted resources, coordinate installation activities, and monitor progress to meet client expectations.

Responsibilities include document control, scheduling, cost control, and cross‑functional collaboration with sales, design, and contractors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of project management experience.
• Knowledge of construction or project management processes.
• Ability to read and interpret floor plans, blueprints and installation drawings.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and related viewer tools (e.g., TrueView).
• Travel 50-75% within market geography.

Responsibilities

• Act as point-of-contact throughout project process and coordinate resources.
• Maintain full project records, budgets, schedules and installation packets.
• Participate in design meetings and develop proposals in collaboration with the sales team.
• Monitor installation progress and resolve site issues to ensure timely delivery.
