ODPGroup is seeking a Furniture Project Specialist in Grand Prairie, TX (hybrid). The role coordinates all project activities from product selection to installation, working closely with furniture sellers and coordinators.

Local in-office presence is required four days weekly, with one remote day. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 3+ years in project management or design, and ability to read CAD drawings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Area of Study: Project Management or Design.
• Minimum Years of Experience: 3.
• Knowledge of construction or project management concepts.
• Ability to read and interpret floor plans, blueprints and installation drawings.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel 50–75%.

Responsibilities

• Act as point-of-contact throughout project process and coordinate resources.
• Maintain complete project records including plans, budgets and schedules.
• Develop furniture packages in response to RFPs and assist with client presentations.
• Monitor installation activities and schedule with subcontractors and building managers.
