Job summary

One Workplace is seeking a Furniture Project Manager to serve as the primary client-facing contact for mid-to-large scale projects in the Bay Area. You will manage budgets, schedules, and logistics while coordinating with contractors, facility managers, IT groups, and movers to ensure on-time delivery and installation.

The role requires strong client communication, planning capabilities, and a solid understanding of contract furniture management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or 5+ years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage medium to large-scale furniture projects from start to finish with emphasis on budget and customer service.
• Serve as primary client-facing contact coordinating with contractors, building managers, electricians and other trades.
• Develop work plans, schedules, logistics, and organize deliveries per project scope.
• Provide timely written communication and maintain project documentation.
• Review plans for accuracy and product application before orders; supervise delivery and installation; ensure timely completion.
