Qualifications

• 4+ years in project management within the commercial furniture dealership industry.
• Knowledge of furniture systems, construction, architecture, or CRE environments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with PlanGrid, Dropbox, Smartsheet, Google Docs, or similar PM platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Proven ability to collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead labor scope, scheduling, logistics, and budget management for complex projects.
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders for project success.
• Participate in RFP responses with labor quotes, schedules, and installation docs.
• Develop work plans, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with insurance and regulatory requirements for projects.
• Oversee site surveys and logistics for delivery and installation activities.
• Close out projects with client sign-offs and punch item tracking.
