Qualifications

• Two years bookkeeping and accounts payable experience required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounts receivable and accounts payable processes to ensure accuracy.
• Verify and pay invoices; maintain cash receipts and petty cash records.
• Reconcile accounts and monitor bank deposits and CEAs.
• Prepare payroll-related tasks and audit time cards per policy.
• Coordinate office supplies, inventory, and vendor orders.
• Support HR activities including new hire paperwork and licenses.
• Maintain and update obituaries and funeral/cemetery records as needed.
• Ensure SOX, DU, IVT trainings are followed and documented.
