Job summary

Talentify seeks an Operations/Accounting Supervisor to lead the financial and administrative functions for our funeral home, cemetery, and crematory operations in Chambersburg, PA. You will oversee accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and reporting while ensuring SOX compliance and strong internal controls.

You will coordinate with location management, HR, and field teams to ensure timely processing of orders, contracts, and financial documentation.

Qualifications

• Two years bookkeeping or clerical accounting experience.
• Experience with accounts payable and payroll processes is required.
• Strong computer skills and accuracy in data entry.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounts receivable collections and payments.
• Manage accounts payable and cash receipts processes.
• Perform reconciliations and prepare financial reports.
• Assist in payroll processing and HR administrative tasks.
• Support daily office operations and ensure SOX compliance.
• Coordinate with maintenance and sales for orders and contracts.
• Prepare and maintain financial records, GPLs, and expense reports.
