You will lead financial planning, supervise operations, and participate in community initiatives to promote the location and the company's services.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical diploma in Funeral Services preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mortuary Science or state-equivalent requirement.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of a single Funeral Home location and line of business.
• Achieve annual sales revenue and production targets, and manage P&L goals.
• Develop staff through coaching, feedback, and succession planning.
