Qualifications

• Must have at least five (5) years of industry experience with increasing responsibilities.
• Funeral Director license or license eligibility as required by state regulations.
• Experience guiding staff and managing budgets is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of a single Funeral Home location and ensure on-time services.
• Develop annual business plans, budgets, and achieve revenue and production targets.
• Lead and develop staff, ensuring high levels of service and client-family satisfaction.
• Oversee financial management, approve expenditures, and monitor costs to maintain profitability.
• Plan and implement initiatives to improve efficiency and community engagement.
