Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years industry experience in the applicable discipline with progressively increased responsibilities.
• Minimum (2) years of experience managing people or projects.
• Budgeting and expense control experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop annual business plan and budget with Market Leadership.
• Monitor and achieve annual financial goals and approve expenditures.
• Manage daily activities to ensure on-time services and compliance with regulations.
• Lead staff development, training, and performance reviews.
• Collaborate with HR for recruiting and retention and with Management for resource sharing.
