Job summary

NorthStar Memorial Group seeks an experienced Funeral Home Manager to oversee operations at two premier South Florida locations, Beth Israel Memorial Chapel in Boynton Beach and nearby chapel. You’ll lead a high-performing team, guide families during meaningful moments, and shape the success of two respected funeral homes.

You will empower leaders, develop staff, strengthen community relationships, and ensure service excellence while maintaining compliance with policies.

Qualifications

• Current Funeral Director License in Florida or ability to obtain reciprocity.
• 5+ years of funeral service experience.
• 2+ years of leadership or management experience, preferably in the funeral profession.
• Proven ability to lead teams, drive results, and manage operational performance.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong business acumen with a focus on service excellence and community engagement.
• A passion for helping families and developing people.
