Job summary

NorthStar Memorial Group is seeking an experienced Funeral Home Manager to oversee operations at our two premier South Florida locations, Beth Israel Memorial Chapel in Boynton Beach, FL. This role offers the chance to lead a high-performing team, serve families during meaningful moments, and drive business success across two respected funeral homes.

Qualifications

• Current Funeral Director License in Florida or ability to obtain reciprocity.
• 5+ years of funeral service experience.
• 2+ years of leadership or management experience, preferably in the funeral profession.
• Proven ability to lead teams, drive results, and manage operational performance.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong business acumen with a focus on service excellence and community engagement.
• A passion for helping families and developing people.

• Maintain compliance with all state, federal, and company policies and standards.
