Qualifications

• Current Funeral Director License in Florida or ability to obtain reciprocity.
• 5+ years of funeral service experience.
• 2+ years of leadership or management experience, preferably in the funeral profession.
• Strong business acumen with a focus on service excellence and community engagement.

• Lead and oversee all aspects of funeral home operations.
• Build, coach, and inspire a service-focused team committed to excellence.
• Drive business performance by achieving case volume, revenue, and profitability goals.
